Package: £60,000 – £80,000 (Maybe open to a higher base for the right person). + OTE 100% bonus of base + Training package + Private Health + Progression + Benefits

Are you a sales professional from a software background looking to join this exciting start-up with a fantastic software solution, whilst being one of the original team members giving you the chance to grow this role into a Head of Sales position?

For an ambitious person this is a fantastic opportunity, you will be the ‘founding account executive’ and have the chance to help build out our client’s future sales, whilst being given the chance to grow sales professionals within your team and the role expands.

This company have built cutting-edge software for the hardware companies who are at the forefront of the manufacturing sector. They are working with some of the most interesting companies across the Space, eVTOL, Robotics and Medical companies. At this early stage of their development, they already have a solid client base and looking to become profitable by the end of the year. This role will be to take over from the CEO to release them further into the product build and pass the baton onto a passionate sales professional looking to help push the company onto its next stage of scale.

This position would suit a talented and driven sales professional, with experience selling software to companies that need a solution to improve their processes.

The Role
*Official first commercial hire
*Generate a pipeline of potential clients (mainly in the space manufacturing sector)
*Implement bestselling practices and processes as the department grows
*Software Demos
*Own sales process from initial engagement to close
*Working with all colleagues across departments in a startup environment

The Person
*Experience with outbound sales
*Start-up or small team experience
*Enjoys fast-paced commercial roles
*Sold software packages to end clients
*Any experience with software to hardware sales would be a plus
