Introduction

We are hiring a Payload Test Director to support a major space program. This is a long-term, full-time contract role with the flexibility of remote work, requiring occasional office visits as needed.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge payload testing for a leading aerospace project. The Payload Test Director will oversee and coordinate the testing of advanced spaceflight payloads, ensuring mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage payload testing operations
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures

• Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience in payload testing for space systems or aerospace applications
• Strong background in test management and coordination
• Ability to develop and execute test procedures

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working with spaceflight hardware and software
• Knowledge of systems engineering and integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Eligibility:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to travel for occasional office visits as required
