Our client, an innovative leader in the manufacturing and supply chain technology space, is looking for a Lead Product Manager or a Senior Product Manager looking to step up into a lead role to join their team. The Product Lead will play a critical role in shaping the product strategy and will immediately have significant ownership in driving the company’s product vision forward. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product management best practices and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

*Define and execute product strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs, specifically within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
*Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
*Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features that deliver the most business and customer value.
*Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and decisions. *Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product implementation.
*Contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and a seamless user experience.
*Actively participate in debugging and troubleshooting when needed, ensuring high product quality.
*Drive product development using agile methodologies and create user stories, specifications, and wireframes.
*Measure key product metrics, including user engagement and business impact, and report findings.
*Act as a product evangelist, presenting product vision and strategy to stakeholders and customers.
*Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align product messaging with market demands.

Qualifications:

*5+ years of product management experience.
*Strong technical background, including experience in software development.
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience.
*Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude) and running A/B testing or other experimentation techniques.
*Proven ability to release features with a data-driven approach.
