What’s Exciting About This Role:
As a Junior Data Scientist, you’ll work alongside top-tier engineers and data scientists to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions for real-time, in-orbit challenges. Your role will involve applying your knowledge of GNN models, developed during your degree or thesis, to contribute to cutting-edge machine learning algorithms that shape the future of space missions.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Assisting in the design, training, and deployment of GNN models for space-related projects.
  • Supporting the development of innovative data fusion algorithms to handle complex, real-time data.
  • Collaborating with data and engineering teams to contribute to the development of decision-making algorithms for spacecraft operations.
  • Learning from senior engineers and data scientists while refining your skills in Python programming and machine learning frameworks.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience with GNN models, developed during your degree, thesis, or projects.
  • Familiarity Software Engineering principles and Python programming
  • Experience with data science tools like NumPy, Pandas, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong interest in solving real-world, data-driven problems.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to innovative space technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen or have Permanent US Residency.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
