Founder & Director
Jeff Leng, one of the co-founders of Rise Technical, brings a wealth of experience in technical recruitment to the table. After many years leading teams, Jeff set up Rise Technical to grow it from himself and his business partner to now nearly a 200-person company.
Ben McCarthy
Founder & Director
Ben McCarthy, also a co-founder of Rise Technical, boasts over 20 years in the recruitment industry with a rich background in the technical and engineering sectors.
Jake Payne
Founder & Director
