They are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop electrical systems for satellite applications, including power and communication systems.
– Work on control algorithms and support the design of electric motors.
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into satellite designs.
– Assemble and test prototypes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
– Conduct theoretical analysis and simulations to validate and optimize system performance.
– Create and maintain detailed documentation for designs, tests, and systems.
– Design PCB layouts, select components, and develop CAD drawings and BOMs.
– Take ownership of projects and drive them forward with minimal supervision.
– Stay informed on the latest advancements in electrical engineering and space technology.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
– Strong understanding of satellite technology, including power management, control theory, and data communication.
– Proficient in circuit design and analysis using tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, and CAD software like Altium.
– Hands-on experience with electronics prototyping, soldering, and testing.
– Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical systems.
– Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
– Self-starter with a proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset.
– Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or legally admitted refugee or asylum grantee.
